It's finally here...dates for the Relax Kids Belfast Summer scheme. Slap bang in the middle of the summer break there will be five days of fantastic fun. The sessions will help your child's Be Confidence, 
Be Resilient 
Use Mindfulness
Release anger
Be Imaginative
Understand and manage emotions. 
Develop creativity
Sleep better
Doing the usual 7 steps in a Relax Kids class (MOVE, PLAY, STRETCH, FEEL, BREATH, BELIEVE, RELAX. ) but with a little more craft time and healthy snack.  Each day we will focus on a  different emotion - e.g. anger, worry, happiness.  Places are limited to 10 per day and is paid upfront to secure your child's place. Any questions please feel free to contact me 
THIS COURSE IS FOR 5-7 YRS there is a later session for older kids.   You only need add your details to the Monday session.

Summer Scheme

School Workshop

This terms theme is Mighty Monsters Adventures -
Monster EMOTIONS what are they and how do I manage them? During this fantastic new 6 week term the kids will learn to, understand, tame and befriend their BIG Monster emotions! Anger, worry, fear, sadness etc. We will also meet our good emotions too.  Every week we will meet a new Monster and learn about it. With lots of Movement, Mindfulness games, Yoga 
stretches, Breathing Techniques, Positive Self Talk and Visualisations. We'll also make several craft items, which your children can then bring home to practice their newly learned skills. With lots of resilience activities your child will learn how cope with anything and pick themselves up when they make mistakes and how these mistakes can make them stronger.
