The benefits of Relax Kids will each your child how to deal with emotions which they can carry into adulthood. It's just as important to look after your mental health as it is your physical health.

I went in a bit skeptical! But my session with Warren was great. We had really good chats, and he made me feel completely relaxed and at ease. It wasn't like how the portray it in the movies etc, so get that out of your head before you go in.
I’m now on week five and haven’t smoked once. The strange thing is, I barely even think about it anymore. And when I do, my immediate thought is just: “Why?” If I push that thought further, it turns into, “Why would you poison yourself like that?” It’s actually kind of wild.
I haven’t used patches, replacements, or anything at all. I was a bit tetchy for a couple of days, but even then it didn’t make me want to smoke.
My whole attitude toward smoking has changed. Now my automatic reaction is to question it “Why would you want to pollute your lungs like that?” or “Why would you want to smell like that?” It’s like my brain immediately looks for the logic and can’t find any. Even last week when I was out celebrating with friends, I still managed to avoid it with ease.
So… I guess it’s working. - Hannah··from Google
Such a relaxed calming comfortable experience every time. I use hypnosis for calming my nervous system which in turn helps my fnd symptoms. Highly trained professional who I 💯 recommend

I can’t say I’m not claustrophobic anymore but Warren has given me ways to cope with it. From being unable to get in a lift with more than 2 or 3 people, I’ve been in pretty full lifts and on very busy buses and trains.
Despite still being anxious about an MRI scan I needed to have, I was able to manage being in the scanner for 45 minutes this morning and I didn’t need to use the panic button. Thank you Warren, it’s made a huge difference to my life.
